I actually got things done today even though I was tired as fuck and felt depressed. I just kept going, pushing forward to try and stay motivated and hopefully end up feeling better, and I did. I’m feeling pretty good now. <3
I made cookies today, I got dressed, I ate some prunes(I’m trying to eat healthier and get more fiber in my diet.), I helped my mom load the music equipment in the car (we put on an open mic once a month), I went to my therapy appointment, I went to open mic and saw friends there, I talked to people, I had an amazing hard core work out and didn’t stuff my face afterwards like I seem to do sometimes, I played the Sims 3, I did some drawing in my sketch book and now I am in my comfy bed with my adorable kitty. I’m pretty proud of myself.
